So does Fandango keep FandangoNow and Vudu separate, merge the two, or drop one?

Presumably, Fandango (ticketing system) and FandangoNow (streaming service) are two separate tools and essentially two separate companies (although I'm totally speculating on that). I would argue they drop the FandangoNow brand (because of brand confusion) and merge that into Vudu. If it's a merger in the other direction, that's fine by me so long as I keep all my "Vudu-only" movies.
