It doesn't sound like a limited reopening, it says 'vast majority of businesses' can reopen May 1

The question is, like what I asked in the GA thread, will distancing/capacity restraint (and maybe masks?) be a requirement.
If not, and if people go out en masse, you're looking at a potential wave again.
