Are you talking about a local area? That data shows positive increases of 168, 308, 173, 327, 183, etc. per day over the last 5 days.

I'm with you, I think there's a ton of under-reporting going on. The "main" site in Jax at the stadium keeps closing because of the weather. But it's still reporting the data.
