Maybe in a stretch: empty promises need to be spotlighted as failures to help strengthen the case of basing policy on good science.

It's not good that chloroquine doesn't work but it's no different from aspirin not working for this use either. What's good is that Trump didn't successfully wish his way into a solution with lucky results.
