So, I'm going to be Agent Scully for a sec. It's really really really common to hallucinations within 30 minutes of waking up. -- (edited)

I have a recurring on in which I think a cat is walking around my ankles. I SWEAR I am awake and I SWEAR there is a cat on the mattress. Needless to say I don't have a cat. Sometimes I think there's a person touching the mattress, which used to COMPLETELY freak me out. It feels 100% real, but it's not, and it's not a ghost. It's hypnapompic hallucination.
