Should I learn COBOL?

IBM is going to start open source training.
I haven't programmed since college and never professionally but it seems like it could be better use of time than watching Tiger King
Also given the age of the language, I'd like to think that it has more in common with the programming that I did do in college.

We had COBOL and FORTRAN books at home when I was a kid.

If you do, Humble Bumble's current bundle might include a COBOL book.
