a cat walking on the mattress around my ankles. It's been a long time! but it will always happen again, I will believe I am awake, an I will feel a real cat.

The takeaway is. When ANYONE tells you they saw a ghost and swears it was real. If the story starts with, "I had just woken up", it is automatically a hallucination. Seriowsly, if the thing you saw happened within 30 minutes of when you were sure you were awake, it is definitely a hallucination. I have had them many times. And yes, they absolutely 1000% felt real. That's what a hallucination is. It's common Talk to me when it happens at 2 pm in the bathroom. No ghosts have EVER been seen in the kitchen or bathroom. They have ONLY ever been seen at the end of the bed right after you thought you were awake.
