The other house is fantastic. New construction, bigger, each kid gets their own room. I half-assed my way into a $400 cut in the rent but I'm still paying $300 than the old place (tells you how fancy the new place is). But all things considered I like my current neighbor and I like not moving even more. I'm gonna drop a grand on movers when this is all over and God knows if I have to do this again in a year.
