I'm missing something on "testing". If I get tested for the virus, and I don't have it, what good is it if I go to Target and possibly pick it up from

That kind of testing isn't going to help us reopen. It needs to be the "did I already have it?" testing (especially due to the asymptomatics) but

There are certain reasons for being tested, which are in the guidelines. "Planning on going to Target" is not one of those reasons, natch -- (edited)
