It actually makes akakaxam usable, though there are probably better options.

If anyone cares, you want a 1 15 15 level 18 for great league, 0 14 15 level 30.5 for ultra league and of course a level 40 perfect for master league. Ultra league the shadow version is slightly better, but only if you got rid of frustration.
