Keith was a tremendous drummer. His solo record was garbage. But on Quad he sang Bell Boy and that was terrific.

Sadly his antics in the 70's, drinking and what not shadows his history...

his solo album was shit. He really wanted to sing but he sucked at it, that's why they other guys never let him sing. Bell Boy wasn't really singing
