The big dips in positive tests and deaths seem to happen on Sundays and Mondays. Not sure why. -- nm

Testing capacity issue. Plot it against tests run per day and the pattern is pretty clear. I’m in bed or I could show you the one on my computer. -- nm

Yeah. Some places are fine, but mostly nowhere runs nearly enough. When the number of tests first scaled up, number of cases went right along with it.
