The thing with my job is that it eventually becomes obvious you aren't working. Your case load goes up and your cases aren't moving. And being in a supervisory type roll, it takes me just as long to log the stuff as it does to do some of the stuff. So it's essentially doubling my time on some tasks. It's crazy.
