Oh, and burying the lede, but almost 1,000 *more* new county COVID cases today than yesterday (bringing today's to 1,541 new). That's cause of the increased testing -- (edited)

Helps to test the most at-risk first. Prisons. Nursing homes. The fricking lower-income city of Carson, locally speaking. That "concerted effort" needs to be there by somebody.
