To me it depends on how good the PC was when you bought it 5 years ago. Primarily, what is the processor. Everything else is pretty generic.

If, for example, you have a 3rd generation Core i5 (roughly 5 years old), then that's not bad. But if you have a 1st generation Core i5 (7 years old) because the processor was 2 years old when you bought it, I'd probably replace it.
