California's insurance commissioner ordered insurance companies to provide refunds for March and April, May if the shutdown is still in effect. Some -- (edited)

companies had already done it voluntarily, but not mine. After the order, my insurance company sent an email acting like it was their idea and only said they are doing it for March.
