I hate PB with J and don't eat raw bread, so my PBJ is extra toasty hearty white with crunchy PB and honey open faced.

or extra toasty white with creamy PB and doritos open face
or whole wheat medium toasty with crunchy PB (a little extra, please) and very thinly sliced bananas open face.
