I have a condo owner complaining he can hear his upstairs neighbor when she DOES HER LAUNDRY.

Handy tip, hardwood floors are not good if you have a neighbor below you.

Update: Upstairs owner is putting a rubber mat under washer. Renter is a nurse, so she is working 12 hour shifts and laundry happens at odd hours.
