My current complaint obsession is that at some point it appears that a load-bearing beam was taken out when they rebuilt and widened the stairs, which is the cause of a whole host of issues. The plus side is that we never have to worry about A sneaking out of the house when she's older because the floors are too creaky for her to leave her room without us knowing.
