SXSW is an eclectic festival of films. Hit and miss as with any festival, but feels more indie-spirited still than a lot of the big festivals (* not that I haven't been to SXSW Film in a while so maybe things have changed).

Their Midnight Madness (or whatever it is called) section tends to have some interesting horror/suspense type stuff
