In response to "ST Poll — What is good today?" by znufrii, drinking an 18 year-old scotch

We have been indulging in the local small butcher in the neighborhood weekly. This week: bone in rib eyes.

NY Strips the first week, filets last week. All have come out magically delicious.

Searing them in a cast iron skillet, throw in oven for 20 min, in butter. Amazing every time.
