a build up of uric acid. my gout hit me for the first time in 15 years at the end of January. for some reason my toe is not back to 100%

the top still is a bit red, but it does not hurt outside of a slight stub feeling a few times a day. I have a cream to put on it that helps, but my toe is at 99% fine and not going the last 1.
