"Under normal pre-Covid circumstances, we would project this to open with $77 million or higher before reaching $285 million. If it is only permitted to open on a limited basis, it could only open with $22 million."

I very much like and respect ERC. It's a well-run, small company. However, their latest newsletter takes the side of the exhibitors to a *crazy* degree. Then, they end with this statement, which is a much more realistic evaluation of where we're at.
