My 2010 Mini had all of this cutting edge stuff that my 2017 one doesn't. It did that, but it didn't have a place to put a key like in your picture.

Yeah, the logo thing is cool. I had never thought about the button, just thought it was an astetic thing. The key hole I think is part of the Highgate

Yeah, with the fob I can unlock doors or trunk and roll down windows as well as drop the top. Loooove it. Doing the top eats the batteries, though. -- nm

No. If you have your fob in your pocket or backpack (or purse), you push it and it unlocks the doors. -- nm
