I suspect it's going to be the Rams, because they see him as a potential replacement for Bulger down the line. Also, Devaney was hear when Vick was and now he's with the Rams.

I have no idea how he will perform as a player. It wouldn't shock me if he washed out, but it also wouldn't surprise me if he hasn't lost a thing. He's the best athlete I've ever seen in any sport.
