ok. so the mormon was my travel partner for DDP interview day at kaplan. we went to indiana together and then through the interview process. he drove

me to the airport.
there were four of us there on DDP interview day. there were supposed to be five (that's capacity) but one dropped out.
ours was the fourth DDP interview day. 19 people interviewed, 12 openings.
I got my offer on 4/20. as we'd (my fellow interviewees and I) all promised to keep in touch, I emailed out (cautiously) "have you guys heard anything?"
the mormon replied on 4/25 (NB: five days after my offer):
"The Kaplan deal is kinda screwy on my end. When I interviewed with Beth last week (just before you, I hear), I asked her what she looks for in a prospective DDP candidate. She listed a few things, and then said that "I had many of the qualities she looks for, and though she hadn't debriefed with the rest of the team, she was confident I would be offered a position." The following Monday, Alissa called our career services director and said "I was wonderful, and was going to get an offer." She then asked if BYU had any other students with qualifications similar to mine, because they could use a few more "just like me." A link was sent out to the BYU MBA class on Monday afternoon, and I know of at least 1 person who had a 1st interview scheduled within 24 hours.
So, to make a long story short, I assume I will be getting an offer, but I don't have anything official yet. I'm hoping they are just working out the details, or that maybe they mail their offers."
