Understand the threat, the disease, who’s had it, who’s immune, etc? Test test test (one of the many pillars needed to accomplish that goal)
Who said the people who tested positive in my post were asymptomatic?
All three had mild coughs in early March. Of course the anti body test will get administered far and wide not just to people currently sick
I really feel like I’m missing something about your point perhaps?
