There was significant amounts added to the counts a couple of weeks ago based on "presumed cases"

Determining cause of death isn't as important to doctors in the middle of things as people seem to think. Counts are still low, I agree, but I think we will get something approaching a "real" number eventually. But even the "wrong" number has use in determining the spread of the outbreak.
