Yep. Panic attacks hit very fast and usually require me to get a medication to counter them. Good thing is they are more rare.

Anxiety is more common but I have many mental tools developed in therapy to help counter it. Audio relaxation tapes, breathing exercises, mental exercises all help. Most times they don't require lorazapam to end them, like the Panic Attacks do. Duration is longer but more manageable.
I am a strong proponent of therapy if these things start to get out of hand. It has helped me a ton.
