I'm having to pretty carefully track what I eat to make sure I don't go over certain levels. I can safely say, F you, sodium

There's so much in everyyyyyyyyyything. Dammit. If you need to watch sodium, you basically shouldn't eat anything pre-prepared (dining out or purchased). But even then, it occurs naturally in stuff.

Carrots? Got sodium in them
Yogurt? Yup, there too
My mid-afternoon snack of 5 tablespoons of table salt? Y---well, I guess I should have figured that one out
