It seems SCOTUS heard this week arguments in a case regarding whether the entirety of eastern OK should be treated as a reservation.

IANAL, so this seems my layman's view is that it's a real Hail Mary by the defense, but the fact that it made it all the way to SCOTUS fascinates me.

Also, this would include nearly the entirety of the city of Tulsa.
