I had to go to a certain major brand pharmacy (someone here might be familiar) to get muscle relaxer Rx and it was a comedy of errors.

NOT due to the pharmacy which was a great help.

I did a telehealth appointment last night, in part to try to rule out possible internal injuries given how bad the pain has been. They prescribed muscle relaxers. I saw in the on-line visit record what specific one it was, that they sent it the right pharmacy, etc.

So the pharmacy's hours are only 9-6 right now, no biggie. And I thankfully noticed that 9-10 Wednesday is senior/special needs time. So I went around 10:30 and...... they had no record of the Rx anywhere in the system (they could find me, but no recent Rx)

Turns out telehealth never specified in the 'prescription' field so it never got sent even though they wrote it in every other field (it's fine, just an error, no biggie)

Call back to telehealth and get a hugely helpful person who fixes it, call me back 12 minutes later to say it has been sent.

Go back into CVS and...it was sent to the CVS by my old apartment.

CVS was able to pull it fairly quickly so it all worked out, and they were all very helpful. But they were like 'you can take a seat while you wait if you want' and I was thinking "you do NOT want to see me (or hear me) try to get back up."
