Pippy, it's sorta my left flank and the part of the back right there.

I am a moron who slipped in the shower over the weekend washing my feet and landed pretty hard with the left side of my body on the tub edge. But it was one of the moments where I am like simultaneously thinking:
- ow
- how embarrassing
- wait, this doesn't hurt, huh
- why am I embarrassed, no one is here?

It wasn't until Monday afternoon that it started bothering and by Monday night onward it was bad. Worse when trying to move in/out of a sitting/laying position (really really bad in that case) but even trying to roll over in bed or reach for something was huge pain. And then it started having jolts of pain just at random when I didn't even move at all.

Anyway, I've 'slept' about 3 hours a night since then. Hopefully this provides me enough relief that I can actually sleep a bit.
