We have this seasoning from Webber called Kickin' Chicken that's just a mix of spices and stuff and it

really elevated the chicken breast game. I usually just sauté in a pan and use a meat thermometer to check to make sure it hits the right temp. It helps keep it from over cooking which is what causes a lot of chicken breast dislike.
