Yeah, we had multiple restaurants locally email apologies for Mother's day. I generally assumed that they were not well integrated with various apps

so that they couldn't adequately adjust pickup times based on load and thus everyone was getting "30 minutes" for pickup time (or whatever)

I'd guess the silver lining here is that these places that previously didn't deal with apps much are going to get more tech savvy quickly to improve this experience.
