I was reading an article about the people who have designated themselves to I guess stand guard? at places that have re-opened in defiance of local orders and was introduced to this concept

For hand guns, one needs a license for open carry but if one has a concealed carry license that is also sufficient -- nm - JD May 13, 14:07
