I've got the I'm no local guy question. How much does that reduce the population? I know that it is relative fortune to live in the city

so that would indicate a fair amount of people not being there
But at the same time there would seem to have to be a working class to support those people.
Or is it like San Francisco and those people have to commute into the city as they've been priced out?
