Based on a comment last night from Biffy Clyro's lead singer Simon Neil, he said they'll probably get pushed "12-18 months." -- (edited)

Tickets to their tour starting Sept 26 were supposed to go on sale in March, and those have been postponed indefinitely.
Yesterday, Biffy Clyro released their new single "Tiny Indoor Fireworks" on BBC RadioOne w/Annie Mac, (the album was supposed to be released today, but has been pushed), and Annie was asking Simon some questions, and one of his answers was such:
[Annie asks about coping about not touring and being stuck at home]
"...that's where I struggle the most, for me, when I write the songs, almost the biggest part of it is bringing them to life and sharing them with people, and when you take that aspect...when you take that face-to-face element away, it really kinda takes like a layer, some kind of layer of it disappears and I'm struggling with that a little at the moment. But I'm really pleased that we have made a record, because the thought of having a bunch of songs to record and not be able to do it at the moment, I would find that heartbreaking, so there's the satisfaction that the album is made, but you know what, live shows will still be there in a year, in 18 months, however long it is, you know, but music still has that value, so as much as I miss the live thing, the way I feel about other songs at the moment and other albums I hope people can feel this way about this record. But yeah, it's like entering a fight with one arm behind the backend."
