A couple things I learned besides what spamlet has posted:
- Not all of it is eligible to be forgive but the repayment terms are pretty generous
- Some are suggesting setting up a separate bank account to hold the $$ to help keep the paper trail clean
- If you don't use it all in the 8 week timeframe it's suggested to make sure to return the unused portion immediately.
We've got several questions about it into our accountant but haven't heard back yet.
