Depends on the ailment. A few months ago I had a telemedical appointment, but it was the worst of both worlds.

Rather than being able to call in from home, I had to go into an office in order to have the telemedical conference call.
Appointment itself was actually fine, bordering on great, but the idea of having to go out to sit in a room for a remote call was bollocks.
