If she had won the election that was stolen from her and been governor she'd be better qualified.

I don't know how much she would fire up people but I wonder if she would help bring more black voters to the polls over any of the other options for VP. The same could be said for some of the women from the Midwest in bringing the Midwestern voters out and it's a matter of which will more help Biden win
