My schedule is wake 8-9am, fall asleep around 8-9pm, sleep for 3-4 hours and wake up, up until 5am and fall back asleep. Repeat.

we've even tried going out for walks this week around 5-6pm, hoping it would keep me up, but alas, still falling into that schedule.
