I'm a Level 2 Tech Support manager, dealing with code issues / research all day. We colocate with most of the development teams.

it's much easier to walk over and ask questions or direction when trying to solve or investigate issues. It's probably just as easy on Teams, but sometimes it takes much longer and more back-and-forth than the conversation talking to someone.
