OK, I watched it. I think it reinforces the fact that this is all new to everyone and we're having to improvise.

No one showed up and said "OK, this is what we do." They debated plans and disagreed about how to proceed, and that slowed down the response. The UV light test was pretty fascinating too.
The rest... yeah, if you jam a bunch of people into a sardine can and one of them is sick... everyone else is gonna get sick, too. No one's ever gonna ride an elevator again... ever.
