I think I waited so long to watch it because I didn't want to be disappointed and ultimately I feel I was.
There was too much nostalgia and 'hey look at what we did over the past 10 years' and jerry-rigging to wrap up the story lines
Plus in retrospect, some of the plot items in both Infinity Wars and Endgame really annoy the f*ck out of me.
