Actually that makes me wonder...who is keeping that money? At what point does a ticketing service pay the promoter? Combined with declines comment

I mean I hate the fees as much as anybody (though I guess there's some convenience to it) but what if Ticketmaster doesn't have the money?

The whole promoter not giving refunds line....maybe it is not 'just' a line?
