Dear people, why you gotta make work so hard?

A person that cleans one of our pool areas, that I spoke with the first of last week, has not called in and voicemail is full. Been trying to reach her all week. If I give the pool to our other cleaner, I am sure I will hear from her. But if I don't, I won't.
