I know that part of the mission proposed timeline is to allow the crew to manually maneuver Dragon as part of this first manned flight -- (edited)

I've been looking for typical time from launch to ISS docking for the shuttle and so far I've found there is a 6 or so hour profile (essentially a minimum time, emergency type docking) for Soyuz and that's only been done once.
I did find that typical Space Shuttle profile for the docking maneuvers only was five hours but that's the process once the orbits had been relatively matched. I've yet to find how many orbits were used to match up with the ISS
