I love his futile flailing. He signed a toothless executive order because his babysit--- ah, handlers, had to explain to him that he's not a king.

What he wanted (revoking section 230 of the Communications Decency Act) couldn't be done from his desk, because he doesn't make the laws. He signed a paper that did nothing. And now he's left to scream impotently into his phone. "I can't do it! Someone do it for me! I want! I want! WAA! WAA!"
