I know there's a history of surplus war fighting material making it's way to police forces but I'd never heard of anything like a Predator

I guess there's also the question of what happened to the retired Predators......

  - Actually very similar to how the Air National Guard has received hand me down aircraft from the Air Force, there are indeed ANG Predator squadrons -- nm - JD May 29, 10:21 1
